Federation

The National Federation Junior Festivals were held last week. This was Marcus's first time, and of course he was a little nervous performing. His piece was the Violin Concerto No.1 in A minor, the 3rd movement by J.S. Bach, and he played it very well. He received a Superior rating (highest ranking). Great job, Marcus!

This is his accompanist. We had a very hard time finding an accompanist and she was the only one who was able to accompany him. She had only one week to prepare, but she did an excellent job, and was very nice to Marcus. He felt very comfortable performing with her. We will definitely ask her again in the future.

彼の伴奏者と一緒に。なかなか伴奏者が見つからなくて苦労しましたが、彼女が1週間前のぎりぎりだというにもかかわらずオーケーしてくれてほっとしました。日系の優しいピアノの先生で、今後も何かあれば伴奏引き受けますよ、と言ってくれました。
