Marcus and I went to see The Hobbit tonight. It was to support the fundraiser Rio's school was doing. Rio herself was too busy with her homework and couldn't attend. Marcus loves The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, so he was very excited to be able to see this movie two days before the opening day.
マーカスと一緒に「The Hobbit」を観に行ってきました。最近映画ばっかりです。これは、リオの学校の寄付キャンペーンの催しでした。でも当人のリオは宿題に追われていて参加できず、マーカスと私だけで出かけました。マーカスはこの映画をとても楽しみにしていたので、公開2日前に観れると大喜び。
The movie started at 9 PM, and it was almost midnight when we left the theater.
映画は9時スタートだったので、帰る頃はほとんど真夜中。とても寒かったです。(それでも写真を撮ってますけどね。苦笑）
We saw this at the theater. Marcus is really looking forward to seeing this one when it opens in February.
