We don't usually do fireworks by ourselves because we go to grandparents' house and they are kind enough to entertain us with variety of fireworks. We're still going there this weekend, but we decided to do a little bit (10 sparklers and 2 fountains, precisely) because Marcus and I volunteered at the fireworks booth for his soccer club and Marcus wanted to buy a few.
毎年独立記念日の花火は義父母の家でするのですが、今年は我が家だけでも少しだけ花火をする事にしました。マーカスのサッカークラブの寄付金集めで花火販売をする事になったので、少し貢献です。
Neither Rio nor Marcus are very patriotic, but they love watching the fireworks. We enjoyed the fireworks show by the city on the night of the fourth.
ユタは独立記念日の前後3日間とパイオニアデーの前後3日間だけ花火使用が許可されますが、今年は山火事が多くて少し心配でした。花火による被害はなかったみたいでひと安心です。
