Well, it's over. I'm talking about the crazy spring soccer season. The last Friday's game was the last one, and Marcus' team played so well. Marcus was great, and it was so fun to watch him playing his best and working hard. Yes, it's a "game", but it requires an effort, concentration, and determination. He demonstrated all of them, and I was so proud of him.
先週でやっとサッカーシーズンが終了。練習に試合に、と本当に忙しかったです。新しいチームに移籍して頑張っていたマーカスですが、最後の試合では大活躍。移籍した甲斐があったかな。サッカーだけではないと思うのですが、スポーツってかなり集中力、根気、努力が必要なもの。マーカスはその全ての面でベストを尽くしていました。
After the season was over, Marcus received the evaluation from his coach. Marcus was very happy about what the coach said about him. The evaluation confirmed us that Marcus might have a great potential. The coach also mentioned that Marcus is extremely respectful to him and his teammates. I was very glad to hear that.
シーズン終了後、各選手はコーチからレポートを受け取ります。マーカスに対するコーチ
の評価はかなり高くて、マーカスは嬉しそうでした。将来有望みたいです。主人に、サッカーに燃えすぎって言えなくなりそう。主人はかなりマーカスのサッカー将来に熱入ってるのです。
コーチはサッカーだけでなく、マーカスはチームメイトやコーチに対しての態度が素晴らしいと褒めていました。それが私はいちばん嬉しいかな。
